As part of this day at the XVIІІ Lviv International Economic Forum, our Foundation initiated a meeting of Lviv region mayors (Zhovkva, Kamyanka-Buzka and Brody) to exchange best practices on energy efficiency. During the meeting, they presented results of energy efficiency in their communities.
An important aspect of this day of the Forum was the presentation of a new project of the joint project called “Improving microclimate and energy efficiency in Lviv children’s hospital Ohhmatdit for 65 thousand children and kindergarten for 190 children in Kamianka-Buzka”, carried out by the East Europe Foundation and the German public ChildFundDeutchland Kinderhilfswerk with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.
In general, Lviv region is our strategic partner in implementing many innovative programs and projects. Here, we also presented our new energy efficiency project with the financial support of GIZ and shared experiences with other projects, together with the partner municipalities.
