Another state e-service was put into test operation today, and the East Europe Foundation has been involved in the implementation of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program. The service will be useful for anyone who wants to receive biometric documents (passport and ID-card).
Citizens (initially – in Kyiv, and later – everywhere in country) can enter online their personal data for the registration of biometric documents. It will reduce time of their personal visit to the state departments.
