Over two hundred representatives of 79 united territorial communities from six regions of Ukraine, participants of the Local System Development Program received two days of practical knowledge, skills and advice from the best domestic experts on the issues of land use efficiency and investment project development.

The chairman of the Kharkiv Oblast Rada Sergiy Chernov spoke with a welcoming speech, noting that the correct vision of a partnership for the creation of stable and inclusive united territorial communities is a guarantee of the future of Ukraine. Susan K. Fritz, Director of the USAID Regional Mission in Ukraine and Belarus, and Patrick Raider, USAID Project Support for Agriculture and Rural Development Support, addressed the greetings.
