Eastern Ukraine Public Sector Capacity Building Program (brand name – Academy of Public Activism) is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian non-profit organizations, East Europe Foundation and Internews Ukraine, with the support of the USAID Democratic Governance in Eastern Ukraine Project.
The program is implemented in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts (controlled territories) and in Kherson oblast. The participants of the program will be public activists, representatives of local civil society organizations (CSOs) or informal initiative groups, volunteers.
