East Europe Foundation within the USAID / UK Aid program “Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services”/TAPAS announces an open tender for infrastructure tuning services using the OpenShift / Kubernetes Platform, namely: orchestration of containerized applications of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services Diia , ie automating their deployment, scaling and coordination in a cluster that supports basic containerization technologies, including Docker.
The purpose of setting up the infrastructure is the stability of the System, taking into account disaster resistance, and the continuity of delivery of updates.
