With the support of the Eastern Europe Fund, the Single State Web Portal for Electronic Services (hereinafter referred to as Action Portal) and its modules have previously been launched as part of the Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services / TAPAS project. Thus, the development of the basic functionality of the two subsystems of the Action Portal – the Register of Administrative Services and the System of Online Monitoring and Evaluation of Service Quality – was started.
